HealthRX Premium Aged Black Garlic is a functional food produced from garlic (Allium Sativum L.) via fermentation with the whole bulbs in a chamber in which temperature (60-900°C) and humidity (70-90%) are regulated for a period of 90 days to 120days. When compared with fresh garlic, Black Garlic does not release a strong off-flavor due to the reduced content of allicin, which was converted into antioxidant compounds such as bioactive alkaloids and flavonoid compounds during the aging process.
HealthRX Premium Aged Black Garlic products are tested in Singapore Accreditation Council (SAC) accredited Laboratories before bringing them into the market for sales.
