It is open to all. As long as you are a HealthRx customer, you are automatically enrolled into the programme. You start accumulating points, the day you purchase a product from HealthRx website.

Deliveries to your designated address (except for certain restricted zones in Singapore) or self collection are available.

Orders may take up to 3 full business days to be processed, picked and packed before it is shipped. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.

Please check the order status.  If the order had already been shipped, changes cannot be made.

You have 7 working days to exchange an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, its seal should not be broken or damaged. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can start redeeming your points once you have a minimum of 200 points. Redeem the points at cart checkout.
