Log into your account. Add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page.

Click on the Rewards button at the side of the screen. Click Redeem. Copy the discount code and paste it in the Discount Code field in the checkout page.

Deliveries to your designated address (except for certain restricted zones in Singapore) or self collection are available.

Orders may take up to 3 full business days to be processed, picked and packed before it is shipped. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.

Please send us an image via whatsapp if you find that your item(s) are damaged upon receipt. 

Please check the order status.  If the order had already been shipped, changes cannot be made.

You have 7 working days to exchange an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, its seal should not be broken or damaged. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

By redeeming the voucher and participating in the promotion, the participant consents to Pharmazen Medicals Pte Ltd's and Health RX Pte Ltd’s collection, use, disclosure, and publication of any photographs,
videos, testimonials, comments, or other content featuring the participant for advertising, marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media without further notice or compensation. The participant confirms that all necessary consents have been obtained from any individuals appearing in such content.

Consent may be withdrawn by contacting enquiry@healthrx.com.sg, but any use made prior to withdrawal shall remain valid.

The voucher is valid to expiry date stated only and must be redeemed within the validity period stated. Expired vouchers will not be extended, replaced, refunded, or exchanged.

Each voucher is valid for one-time use only and will be deemed fully redeemed after use.  Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or other products or services.

In the event of any dispute relating to the voucher programme, the decision of Health RX Pte Ltd shall be final and binding on all participants, except where prohibited by applicable law.
